' 08 March 2006
. AGE-NC-95-0185
elevation at the site increased approximately 1.86 feet since the previous monitoring event in August
2005. Theg round water flow direction was inferred to be toward the southeast at a gradient of
approximately 0.009 foot/foot (ft/ft) near the former UST locations (Figure 3).
3.2. LABORATORY RESULTS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES
' TPH-g and TPH-d were detected in the samples collected from wells MW-1 and MW-4 during the
November 2005 sampling at concentrations as high as 220,000 micrograms per liter (µg11) and
1,300,000 µg/l, respectively,'both from well MW-4.
i
No other constituents of concern were not detected in the samples taken from wells MW-1 through
MW-4.
Current and previous analytical results are summarized in Tables 2 and 3. The laboratory reports
' (CTEL Project No. CT214-0511096),quality control/quality assurance(QA/QC)reports and chain
of custody forms are included in Appendix C. GeoTracker confirmation pages of the submitted
laboratory electronic deliverable format(EDF)files and depth to water measurements are provided
' • in Appendix D.
' 4.0. CONCLUSIONS
Based on the data collected during the November 2005 monitoring period, AGE concludes:
• not been resent in well MW-4 since October 2005. Free product
Visual free product has p
monitoring and remediation was initiated in August 2005. Well MW-5 continues to be
' inaccessible this quarter and has not been monitored since June 2004.
• The depth to ground water was near 25 feet below casing grade. Ground water elevation
ranged between 33.85 feet and 34.67 feet above MSL and was inferred to flow toward the
southeast at a gradient of approximately 0.009 ft/ft.
• Petroleum hydrocarbons have not been detected in wells MW-2 and MW-3 since the third
quarter 2002. High concentrations of dissolved TPH-d were detected in the fourth quarter
sampling event.
' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
