November 14, 1996: Ground Zero conducted groundwater sampling. The depth to water
in well MW1 was 40.32 feet below grade. Groundwater fell 0.29
feet. Analyses indicate minor groundwater impact from MTBE.
TPHg and BTEX were not detected.
'
June 2 1999 Ground Zero sampled groundwater from MW 1. Water samples did
' not contain detectable concentrations of TPHg or BTEX. Low levels
of MTBE were present.
July 29, 1999 Fisch Environmental of Valley Springs, California advanced borings
' 1HP1 through 1HP3 to depths of approximately 36 feet below grade.
Soil samples collected from the borings had non detectable levels of
' petroleum hydrocarbons and MTBE. Groundwater samples from
borings HP2 and 1HP3 were non-detect for all analytes. The
groundwater sample from HPI contained 180 ppb TPHg and 27 ppb
' benzene. All other analytes were non-detect.
November 18, 1999: Spectrum Exploration of Stockton, California drilled boring HP4 to a
' depth of 36 feet bgs. Analysis of the soil and groundwater yielded
non-detectable levels of petroleum hydrocarbons and oxygenate fuel
additives.
