08/20/2003 14 42 2094571118 AGE STOCKTON PAGE 15/1G <br /> • <br /> 10 March 2003 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0103 <br /> Mr Harlin Knoll <br /> San Joaqum County Environmental Health Department <br /> 304.East Weber Avenue,Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject: Summary of March Meeting <br /> CHAPIN BROTHERS,INC. <br /> 1766 Monte Diablo Avenue,Stockton,Calxforna$ <br /> Dear Mr Knoll <br /> A meeting was held at the ERD office to discuss the continual need for ground water remediation <br /> at the above referenced site The following parties participated in the meeting <br /> • Mr Harlin Knoll, San Joaquin Environmental Health Department <br /> • Mr Nuel Henderson, San Joaquin Environmental Health Department <br /> • Mrs Margaret Lagono, San Joaquin Environmental Health Department <br /> • Mr Russell Chapm, ,responsible parry/property owner <br /> • Mr Bill Little, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) consultant for responsible <br /> party/property owner <br /> The following items were discussed during the 05 March 2003 meeting <br /> 1 The ground water pump-and-treat system was in continuous operation at the site,operating <br /> for approximately three full quarters Over this time period approximately 1 6 million gallons <br /> of impacted ground water has been treated Cumulative totals of 4.3 lbs of Benzene and <br /> 95.9 lbs of TPH-g are estimated to have been extracted since ground water treatment began <br /> on 02 April 2002 <br /> 2 Contaminant concentrations have been reduced to approximately 13%benzene and 7 5% <br /> T'PH-gasoline ofthepre-remedation levels,at most impacted ground water monitoring wells <br /> The rcmedataon-goals were discussed, as present in the AGE letter dated 10 August 2001 <br /> 3 AGE recommended continued quarterly groundwater monitoring at the site as required by <br /> California Code of Regulations, and operation and maintenance of the Bound water <br /> extraction and treatment system during the first quarter of 2003 <br />
