Water-level measurements and groundwater samples were collected from all three <br /> wells during the fourth quarter sampling event <br /> Field and Analytical Methods <br /> Prior to commencing purging, static water levels were measured and a check for floating <br /> product was made in each well. Prior to sampling, the wells were purged of a minimum of <br /> three well volumes using a submersible pump After purging, each well was sampled using <br /> a disposable bailer <br /> All groundwater samples were analyzed for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene <br /> isomers (BTEX) by U S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method 602, total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G)by EPA Method 8015 Modif ed/Purge and Trap, <br /> and diesel (TPH-D), and motor oil (TPH-MO) by EPA Method 5030/8015 Modified <br /> Results <br /> The groundwater flow direction on June 14, 1995 was to the south and is shown on Figure 1 <br /> Water-level data are shown in Table 1.
