During this quarter of operation, there were no releases of untreated groundwater or untreated
system effluent vapors
GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM MONITORING
A total of 443,278 gallons of water was treated between March 8, 1996, and May 31, 1996 Since
the beginning of operation of the remediation system, approximately 4,894,885 gallons of water have
been extracted and treated
On May 7, 1996, samples were collected from the groundwater treatment system and analyzed for
TPH-g, BTEX,total lead, organic lead, and ethylene dibromide at a California-certified laboratory
Laboratory analytical reports and corresponding chain-of-custody records for the sampling event are
included in attachment 4 Results of system historical analyses are summarized in table 3
Laboratory results Indicate that all treatment system effluent water constituents analyzed were below
the method detection limit and below the City of Manteca Public Works Department Industrial
Wastewater Discharge Permit (No 92-2) limits
CUMULATIVE REMOVAL OF TPH-G
No hydrocarbons were removed by the VES this quarter because it was not operated The
cumulative amount of hydrocarbons removed by the VES since start-up is estimated at 3,444
pounds TPH-g concentrations in the groundwater treatment system influent were also below the
`• detection limit this quarter, therefore, no calculations were performed for mass of TPH-g removed by
42020213 CM
FLUOR DAH11111.*TO
