As a part of the permit modification process, the public <br />will have an opportunity to review and comment on a draft of the modified <br />per it, the Department's proposed corrective measure(s) for the Facility, and <br />the apartment's justification for selection of such corrective measure(s) (the <br />"Sta ement of Basis"). <br />C.
