Thea] will provide the Permittee with its written approval, approval <br />with nditions and/or modifications, disapproval, or disapproval with <br />comments for any workplan, report (except progress reports), specification or <br />schet ule submitted pursuant to or required by this Permit. <br />b. The ermittee shall revise any workplan, report, specification or schedule in <br />accoance with the Department's written comments. The Permittee shall <br />subm t to the Department any revised submittals in accordance with a due date <br />speci ied by the Department. Revised submittals are subject to Department <br />appr val or disapproval, with comments and/or modification. <br />C. Upon receipt of the Department's written approval, the Permittee shall <br />com ence work and implement any approved workplan or plan in accordance <br />with he schedule and provisions contained therein. <br />d. Any epartment approved workplan, report, specification, or schedule, shall <br />be deemed incorporated into this Permit. Any non-compliance with such <br />approved workplans, reports, specifications or schedules shall be considered <br />non -c mpliance with this Permit. Prior to this written approval, no workplan, <br />report, specification or schedule shall be construed as approved and final. <br />Verb l advice, suggestions, or comments given by the Department <br />repre entatives will not constitute an official approval, nor shall any verbal <br />appro al or verbal assurance be considered binding. <br />2. Reporting <br />a. Any port or other document submitted by the Permittee pursuant to this part <br />of the permit shall be signed and certified by a responsible corporate officer of <br />the P re <br />or a duly authorized representative in accordance with title 22, <br />Cal. ode Regs., section 66270.11. <br />b.
