Primex ordnance and Tactical Systems <br />EPA ID No.: CAD006626762 <br />H. <br />I. <br />I <br />regu <br />Draft Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br />ig in this section limits or otherwise affects the Department's right of <br />and entry pursuant to any applicable state or federal laws and <br />1. The Permi tee shall retain, during the term of this Permit, all data, records and <br />documents gathered or generated during activities undertaken pursuant to this part <br />of the per it. All such documents shall be stored in a centralized location at the <br />facility (or other location approved by the Department) and be made available to the <br />Departme t or its representatives upon request. The Permittee shall notify the <br />Departme t in writing at least 90 days prior to final expiration of this Permit, and <br />shall prov' a the Department with the opportunity to take possession of any such <br />records. uch written notification shall reference this Permit (including expiration <br />date) and hall be addressed to the Department project coordinator. <br />2. The Perm ttee shall obtain copies of all data, records and documents gathered or <br />generated by any agent, consultant, or contractor employed by the Permittee to <br />carry out he terms of this part of the permit. <br />1. The Dep rtment and the Permittee shall use their best efforts to informally and in <br />good fait resolve all disputes or differences of opinion. <br />2. If the Pe mittee disagrees, in whole or in part, with any written decision by the <br />Departm nt relating to Department modification of interim deliverables submitted <br />by the P rmittee or to additional work required by the Department pursuant to this <br />part of t e permit, the Permittee project coordinator shall orally notify the <br />Departm nt project coordinator of the dispute. The project coordinators shall <br />attempt t resolve the dispute informally. <br />3. If the pr ject coordinators cannot resolve the dispute informally, the Permittee may <br />pursue t e matter formally by placing its objections in writing. The Permittee's <br />written bjections must be directed to the Facility Permitting Branch Chief, with a <br />copy to he Department project coordinator, within 14 days of the Permittee's <br />receipt f the Department decision. The Permittee's written objection must set <br />forth th specific points of the dispute and the basis for the Permittee's position. <br />4 <br />The De <br />of the 1 <br />formal <br />cause. <br />confer <br />rtment and the Permittee shall have 14 days from the Department's receipt <br />-mittee's written objections to attempt to resolve the dispute through <br />;cussions. This time period may be extended by the Department for good <br />uring such time period, the Permittee will have an opportunity to meet or <br />th the Department to discuss the dispute and the Permittee's objections. <br />25 <br />
