10 August 1999
i AGE-NC Project No. 98-0520 '
6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected during February 1999, AGE recommends:
Further subsurface evaluation focused in the down-gradient direction (northwest) to
determine the lateral extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impacted ground water.
• Additional subsurface evaluation west of the former dispenser islands and B-4, north and
east at the property boundaries, and possible south of the property.
7.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed.using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydro-
geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number
of available data points(e.g. soil samples and ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc.
