The access road shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc and the Waterloo- <br /> Morada Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 165. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" or <br /> $303 . 00 per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The <br /> fee can be reduced by the credit for the former use.
