The applicant shall meet the condWons and requirements of all Codes and Ordinances <br /> applicable for this type of operatiom <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The access road shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the <br /> Waterloo-Morada Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,165.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as 'Manufacturing' or$303.00 per daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Stockton area The fee can be reduced by the credit for the <br /> former use. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304 & R-91-1025) <br /> C. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently <br /> is$95.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as'Manufacturing.' The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An <br /> additional 3.5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program.
