Item No. 3 <br /> PC : 8-18-88 <br /> SA-88-59 <br /> Page 7 <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS : <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . Drainage shall <br /> be retained on-site, and calculations shall be submitted. <br /> b. A five-foot-wide roadway dedication is required on Acampo <br /> Road along the frontage of APN 017-080-04 . <br /> c . The frontage improvements for Acampo Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of a 60-foot-wide right-of-way street . The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements may be deferred at the option <br /> of the Department of Public Works, in which event the <br /> owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and <br /> issuance of a Building Permit . A $250 fee is required for <br /> processing, per Ordinance No. 3337 . <br /> d. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. <br /> 3 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT : <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Health District is <br /> required. <br /> b. Prior to occupancy, construct an individual sewage dispo- <br /> sal system under a permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . <br /> c. Properly seal or destroy the old agricultural pit well <br /> under permit and inspection from the Health District . <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through <br /> a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above-ground <br /> evaporation pond that is lined or sealed with a material <br /> approved by the Health District . This system must be <br /> designed by a registered engineer. <br />
