" <br /> Agriculture Commissioner (verbal response, 7-21-88) : <br /> The Agriculture Commissioner ' s office stated that the applicant , <br /> Jose Rios, was not a licensed Pest Control Adviser, and should he <br /> wish to become involved in spraying fields as part of his farm <br /> services business, he would need to be licensed by the State <br /> Department of Food and Agriculture.
