" <br /> Building Inspection Division (response, 7-12-88) : <br /> This response indicated what the Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements were for buildings <br /> constructed within the site. It also indicated that handicapped <br /> parking and restroom provisions shall be met in compliance with <br /> C.A.C . , Title 24 . <br /> Lodi Unified School District (verbal response, 7-21-88) : <br /> In a telephone conversation with Mammie Starr of the Lodi School <br /> District , she indicated that the school ' s main concerns were the <br /> volume of traffic and the storage of chemicals on-site . " <br /> Agriculture Commissioner (verbal response, 7-21-88) : <br /> The Agriculture Commissioner ' s office stated that the applicant , <br /> Jose Rios, was not a licensed Pest Control Adviser, and should he <br /> wish to become involved in spraying fields as part of his farm <br /> services business, he would need to be licensed by the State <br /> Department of Food and Agriculture.
