This facility does not have an active EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. Reactivate # <br />CAL000296776 using the provided form. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, <br />transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately reactivate <br />the EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) by November 16, 2013. <br />122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 2013, 2012, and 2011 were not found on <br />site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br />and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them <br />readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three <br />years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by November 16, 2013. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
