Two black containers and two white containers partially full of PERC waste were not labeled. The <br />operator Yvonne Wilton stated by telephone that this is the facility's PERC waste. All hazardous waste <br />containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since it cannot be determined how long the PERC waste has been on site, immediately <br />contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br />the manifest to the EHD by November 16, 2013. <br />701. Three black containers and two white containers partially full of waste were observed. Facility <br />operator Yvonne Wilton stated by telephone that this is the facility's PERC waste. One black container <br />was labeled with an accumulation date of 2009. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous <br />waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site <br />up to 180 days.
