(AGE) <br /> has conducted a sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements <br /> under the California Code of Regulations-Title 23,Division 3,Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site <br /> located at 2650 Monte Diablo Avenue, Stockton, California (the site). The scope of work was to <br /> identify use and location of wells potentially affected by the UST release including municipal, <br /> domestic, irrigation or ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the site. <br /> Furthermore,a search was performed to locate septic systems that could potentially serve as vertical <br /> conduits. The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. <br /> Site structures are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> On 09 August 2001 Mr. Eric Mar of California Water Service Company(Cal-Water) was contacted <br /> by an AGE representative. According to Mr. Mar, drinking water near the site is currently supplied <br /> and maintained by Cal-Water. During the telephone conversation Mr. Mar identified 1 inactive <br /> municipal water well near the site. Available well information is indicated in Table 1. <br /> On 09 August 2001 Ms. Julia Allen of City of Stockton Public Works was contacted by an AGE <br /> representative. According to Ms. Allen the sewer system in the site area is maintained by the City <br /> of Stockton. <br /> 83 Shaw Read, Stockwii.
