10 September 2001 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 98-0521 <br /> Page 2of2 <br /> On 05 June 2001,an AGE representative conducted a search ofwell drillers' reports at the California <br /> Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area. <br /> Driller's reports for 2 water wells located within a 2000 ft-radius were found. Copies of the well <br /> driller's reports are included in Appendix A; a summary of water wells located from the review of <br /> well driller's reports is included in Table 1 location of wells is depicted on Figure 1. <br /> On 08 August 2001, an AGE representative performed an area reconnaissance for visually <br /> observable potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site. During <br /> the reconnaissance a door-to-door survey was conducted of residential properties to locate domestic <br /> water wells. A summary of the 1 well identified during the reconnaissance is included in Table 1, <br /> and depicted on figure 1. <br /> On 09 August 2001,an AGE representative contacted Ms. Michelle Frost of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health for records of septic systems located on the site property.
