Attorney-Client Privileged <br /> 1. Introduction/Objectives <br /> TRE Consulting, Inc (TRE) was retained by the law firm of Al Hoslet in order to <br /> conduct a scope-limited/focused site reconnaissance/Site Assessment for the <br /> development of the upcoming Regional Transportation Center (RTC) of the San <br /> Joaquin Regional Transit District (San Joaquin RTD). It should be noted this <br /> sampling and analysis plan (SAP) is attorney client privileged information and limited <br /> in scope as specified herein. RTD's RTC is currently planned to encompass the <br /> following land parcels as identified with their Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN): <br /> ■ APN: 157-002-02: 2731 E Myrtle St: Sadree Corp <br /> ■ APN: 157-002-03: 2825 E Myrtle St: (Formerly occupied by Kelinfelder Corp) <br /> ■ APN: 157-002-04: 2841 E Myrtle St: Laborer's Union Local # 73 <br /> ■ APN: 157-002-05: 2849 E Myrtle St (Vacant land) <br /> ■ APN: 157-002-06: 3023 E Myrtle St (Golden Bay Fence Plus Ironworks) <br /> During 2007, 2008, and in 2009 (follow up Phase I ESA site visit and interviews for the <br /> Local Laborer's Union Number 73), TRE conducted Phase I ESA for all of the above <br /> referenced land parcels. The results of the Phase I ESA identified a series of <br /> recognized environmental conditions (RECs) as well as historical regional and "legacy" <br /> site contamination coming from the Delmonte's plant # 33 and the Disco site in this <br /> area.
