Attorney-Client Privileged
The depth to groundwater measured to existing grade will be recorded. It
should, however be noted that groundwater levels may not be completely
stabilized due to the short time open. The groundwater will also be checked for
presence of separate phase product.
• The bailer with groundwater samples in it will be brought back to the surface and
carefully placed in laboratory supplied/pre-cleaned sampling jars.
Any and all required sampling preservatives will be pre-supplied by the
laboratory.
• Each sample will be collected with minimum headspace, sealed, labeled with a
unique sample number, logged onto the CCF and placed inside the dedicated
cooler and transported to PET. All applicable sample hold times will be strictly
observed by PET.
• Upon completion of the borehole sampling, each borehole will be sealed with a
cement grout, placed from the bottom to the top of each boring per San Joaquin
Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) requirements. A representative of
the SJCEHD may witness portion of the borehole sealing.
• Boring 1.1: (B-1): Across of the Fence from Sardee's Paint Booth
1 soil sample at the top of the soil and ground water interface and 1 ground water
sample to be analyzed for TPH, BTEX/MTBE, solvent scan (1,2 DCA, etc), and
heavy metals.
• Boring 1.2: (B-2):
1 soil sample at the soil and ground water interface and 1 ground water sample
to be analyzed for TPH, BTEX/MTBE, solvent scan (1,2 DCA, etc) and heavy
metals.
