The site was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and <br /> Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR). On the above date, it was determined <br /> that more than 500 waste tires were being stored on site. Enclosed is a copy of the <br /> State Inspection Report for your records. <br /> The following violations of Division 30, PRC and Title 14, CCR were documented: <br /> 30 PRG 42834 Operator Authorized by Permit <br /> 14 CCR 17351 Fire Prevention Measures <br /> 14 CCR 17353 Vector Control Measures <br /> 14 CCR 17354 Storage of Waste Tires <br /> 14 CCR 18423 Filing of Application <br /> The CIWMB's Waste Tire Management Branch is requesting that you remove the waste <br /> tires from this premise by July 15, 2003. All waste tires removed from your property are <br /> required to be transported by a registered waste tire hauler to an authorized destination <br /> facility. Each load of tires removed shall be properly manifested. A list of registered <br /> waste tire haulers can be found on our web site at ciwmb.ca.gov/tires, or by contacting <br /> Keith Cambridge at (916) 341-6422.
