Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> Site Access <br /> Access to the proposed sampling locations is through two entrance gates opening on to Navy Drive. <br /> Facing south one gate is to the left of the maintenance building and one is to=the right of the office. <br /> Parking/Assembly Area(s) <br /> The upper parking lot is accessed through the west gate of the subject site. <br /> Water Availability <br /> Water for consumption and work use is available on site. <br /> Illumination - Project activities will be performed during normal daylight hours. <br /> Sanitation - Facilities for sanitation are available on site. _. _ <br /> Electrical/Gas Availability <br /> Electrical and/or gas supply will not be required. <br /> Topography --- <br /> The site is roughly 4.5 acres and contains offices, a transfer station, and maintenance and storage areas. <br /> Driveways and storage areas.are covered with-asphalt. The site is essentially flat. . <br /> Population Centers - - <br /> The site is located within the Stockton City limits.. . r - <br /> - I <br /> - _ I <br /> Work Hours/Days <br /> The length of the workday will be dependent on visibility. Anticipated work hours from`8:00 AM to 5:00 <br /> PM. <br /> Noise Abatement Requirements <br /> Drilling equipment generates high noise levels. Personal hearing protection will be required for persons in <br /> the vicinity of the drill rig during operation.: Noise levels outside the exclusion zone should not present'a <br /> (- hazard. -- <br /> i <br /> Security Requirements <br /> Appropriate Stockton Scavenger Association authorities will be given advance notice of the startup time <br /> and overall work duration for work activities.
