CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> Self-Monitoring Sample Program <br /> The permittee, Stockton Scavenger Association, Inc. , shall perform <br /> the following Self-Monitoring Sample Program effective June 1, 1994 <br /> and continuing until the expiration of this permit.
