Section No 10 <br /> Revision No 0 <br /> Date September 5 , 1991 <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br /> ■ The Project Manager shall assign a staff or project level team <br /> member the responsibility for validating or reporting the field <br /> measurements, <br /> ■ The assigned individual shall validate all field measurements used <br /> or presented in a MARK report by <br /> - checking the calibration procedures utilized at the specific <br /> site; <br /> - comparing the data to previous measurements obtained at the <br /> specific site; <br /> - reviewing the daily reports for adherence to established <br /> protocols, <br /> - reviewing the data for reasonableness <br /> ■ The assigned indi.vidival will document his review in the project <br /> file, <br /> o The assigned individual will report to the Project Manager on any <br /> variations or anomolies in field data which cannot be explained by <br /> local conditions, <br /> c The Project Manager will review the questioned data and determine <br /> how and if the data should be used in MARK reports or engineering <br /> evaluations <br /> 10 1 3 Laboratory Data <br /> Laboratory data validation and reporting procedures will be performed in <br /> accordance with the following protocols <br /> ■ The Project Manager shall assign a staff or project level team <br /> member the responsibility for validating and reporting the <br /> laboratory data, <br /> ■ The assigned individual will validate all laboratory data used or <br /> presented in MARK reports by <br /> reviewing the quality control data associated with the <br /> laboratory data for compliance with established procedures , <br /> protocols and quality assurance objectives (i a precision, <br /> accuracy and completeness) , <br /> 10-2 <br />
