The plan is a proposal to <br /> excavate the soil which has been contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the 1 <br /> UST which was located on the property. <br /> PHSIEHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> f <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E.
