Method blank results for every analyte reported <br /> 2. Surrogate recoveries for every sample analyzed by US <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SW-846 methods <br /> 8015B, 8021, and 8260B <br /> 3. Recoveries for laboratory control samples (LCS) , and <br /> matrix spike samples (MS) if the MS sample is site <br /> specific <br /> 4 . Quality control limits for surrogates, LCS, MS, and <br /> relative percent differences <br />
