PA- 1700258 of Jasdeep Singh <br /> and Harminder Kaur ( c/o Quartaroli & Associates , Inc . ) (APN [s]/Address : 239 -060 - 18/ 3566 West <br /> Eleventh Street , Tracy) <br /> ACTION : On April 17 , 2020 , the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved the <br /> one-year time extension for PA- 1700258 , subject to the enclosed previously approved Conditions of Approval . <br /> APPEAL PERIOD : This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party . Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within ten ( 10 ) days of the action with an appeal fee of $ 353 . 00 . The ten -day <br /> appeal period ends at 4 : 30 p . m . on April 27 , 2020 . If this date fails on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period <br /> will expire on the next regular business day at 4 : 30 p . m . <br /> EXPIRATION : This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by March 1 , 2021 , which is <br /> twelve ( 12 ) months from the previous date of expiration .
