Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Friday, October 14, 2016 3:08 PM
To: 'JOEY SANTAMARIA'
Subject: 713 North EI Dorado Street
Good afternoon Joey,
I am following up on the Return to Compliance Certification and documentation that you submitted in an email on June
2, 2016, for the monitoring system certification inspection that was completed at 713 North EI Dorado Street, Stockton,
CA on May 16, 2016.
At the time of the inspection, there was a leak above the shear valves in the 7/8 and 9/10 under dispenser
containments, indicating a leak in the primary piping. You stated that you would notify the Environmental Health
Department once the contractor had corrected the problem. Have these leaks been addressed? Also did the contractor
check the premium submersible turbine pump (STP) sump and vent sump to address the water intrusion issue?
Lastly, is the designated operator documenting all monthly alarms, attaching a print out of the alarm history from the
panel for each and every month, and addressing all alarms by documenting what actions have been taken for each
alarm?
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartneysicehd.com
(IY
1
