San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District—Call (209) 557-6400 to obtain an <br /> operating permit for the UST vapor recovery system. <br /> 14. Food facility operations —Call Leyna Huynh at (209) 468-3446 for operating permit <br /> information for opening the retail food facility. A consultation appointment may be <br /> needed. <br /> 15. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing <br /> were last performed on May 16, 2016. These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> 2. Secondary containment testing was conducted on May 11, 2016.
