San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.sjgov.org/ehd <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ABC FOOD MART 713 N EL DORADO ST STOCKTON May 16 2016 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 315 HSC 25290.2(c)(1) Primary containment not tight(Jul 2003-Jun2004). <br /> There was a leak above the shear valve in the 7-8 and 9-10 under dispenser containment, indicating a leak in the <br /> primary piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have a properly licensed, <br /> trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 320 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion. <br /> Water was found in the premium STP (2 cups)and vent sump (1/4 cup). Secondary containment shall be constructed <br /> to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 15th, 2016. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
