Secondary <br /> containment shall be provided for all single-walled UST components. Immediately provide approved secondary <br /> containment for the filters under permit and inspection by the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 316 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion (after Jul 2003). <br /> Water was found in the 87 STP sump,87 fill sump,91 fill sump, diesel fill sump, and the vent sump. Secondary <br /> containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or <br /> surface runoff. The service technician removed approximately 25 gallons of liquid from the sumps and returned the <br /> sensors to their proper locations. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to <br /> address the water intrusion into the STP sumps, fill sumps, and vent sump under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 319 CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The 91 spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be <br /> capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately contact a properly licensed, <br /> trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 31, 2018. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
