The missing <br /> alarms include: <br /> -L13 (diesel fill) 9/6 fuel alarm <br /> -L14 (diesel STP) 9/16 sensor out alarm <br /> -Q1 (87 leak detector) 9/5 gross line fail <br /> -Q3 (diesel leak detector) gross line fails on 2/16, 9/21, 7/2, 6/29, 6/22, 6/21 <br /> During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, check <br /> that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with <br /> documentation taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing <br /> monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 210 CCR 2715(e) Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br /> The April 2018 designated operator monthly inspection report was not found on site. Designated operator monthly <br /> inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies of the <br /> previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies of <br /> the missing reports to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 301 HSC 25292.1 UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> The fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and leaks to drain back into the UDC. The <br /> underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. Immediately provide <br /> approved secondary containment for the filters under permit and inspection by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> -The 91 STP sump sensor was located on the side opposite the fuel piping and not located to detect a leak at the <br /> earliest opportunity. <br /> -The vent sump sensor was located on the highest point of the vent sump and not located to detect a leak at the <br /> earliest opportunity. <br /> Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The <br /> sensors were relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician.
