No drawing has been <br /> issued showing this detail. <br /> WCC RESPONSE: <br /> All drawings currently available to us indicate that there is only <br /> one sanitary sewer connection, located below grade at or near the <br /> manhole outside the main gate to the property. <br /> : <br /> ISSUE NO.4 . <br /> Is contaminated soil under the footings to be excavated undermining <br /> the load bearing outer wall? <br /> WCC RESPONSE: <br /> Contaminated soil under the footings is not to be excavated. For <br /> the- structure in place alternative, all excavation below the <br /> elevation of the footing shall include shoring to assure the <br /> integrity of the outer wall. <br /> ' ISSUE NO.5. <br /> ! Several wells (4) are located in and around the concrete etching <br /> room sump. will WCC provide closure specifications? <br /> WCC RESPONSE: <br /> Wells are usually closed with a cement/bentonite grout, however San <br /> Joaquin County may have special requirements.
