Respon- <br /> sible for project budgeting, CPM scheduling, progress reporting and submittals, <br /> change order negotiations with the client and subcontractors, progress reporting, <br /> and coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape <br /> architectural subcontractors. Evaluated wastewater reclamation alternatives, <br /> assisted in the preparation of the ocean waiver application, and participated in the <br /> preparation of the treatment plant facilities plan. <br /> • Served as Project Manager on an EPA-sponsored project for the development of <br /> planning and design principles for urban stormwater and combined sewer outflow <br /> treatment facilities. <br /> • Provided a confidential evaluation of the potential market for activated carbon in <br /> water and wastewater treatment for a major oil company considering investment <br /> options. <br /> • Conducted a wastewater audit and developed a wastewater management program <br /> for automobile frame manufacturing facilities of A.O.
