Limited Environmental Investigation May 21, 1990 <br /> Proposed Unocal Station, Stockton, California AGS 30010-1 <br /> and Mid Valley Agricultural Services acknowledged the chemicals supplied to Mr. Jim <br /> Watanabe. These chemicals are listed in Appendix A to this report. In additional <br /> telephone interviews, representatives of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB), Department of Health Services, and City of Stockton Water <br /> Department stated that they had no knowledge of contamination on the Weber Ranch <br /> Property. <br /> A copy of the Draft Environmental Impact Report dated June 1985, and an Addendum: <br /> Comments and Responses dated August 1985 are included in the Information Search. <br /> Impacts and mitigation are discussed regarding land use, soils and agricultural land, <br /> r <br /> biological factors, air quality, noise and public services and utilities. <br /> The Information Search includes five site lists compiled by various State agencies and the <br /> Environmental Protection Agency. The subject site does not appear on any list; however, <br /> the list shows six underground tanks in the area. The six sites are located on Plate P-1 and <br />» the sites and addresses are listed in Table 2. A discussion of these six sites follows. <br /> The CVRWQCB list dated April 10, 1990, identifies one former waste-oil tank at the <br /> N Aamco Station (site 1).
