The samples collected from each boring showing field evidence <br /> of hydrocarbon contamination will be submitted to a laboratory certified by the State of <br /> California. <br /> Soil samples will be analyzed for the following constituents. <br /> o Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) and benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene, and total xylene isomers by Environmental Protection Agency <br /> (EPA) preparation method 5030 and modified EPA Method 8020. <br /> o Total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd) by EPA preparation method <br /> 3550 and modified EPA Method 8015. <br /> o Total oil and grease (TOG) by EPA preparation method 3550 with gel <br /> extraction and EPA Method 418.1. <br /> o Volatile organic compounds (VOC) by EPA Method 8010. <br /> o Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) by EPA Method 8080. <br /> o Cadmium, chromium, lead, and zinc by EPA Preparation Method 3050 and <br /> atomic absorption methods 7130, 7190, 7420, and 7950 respectively. <br /> Water samples will be analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> o TPHg and BTEX by EPA preparation method 5030 and EPA Method 602. <br /> o TPHd by EPA preparation method 3510 and EPA Method 8015. <br /> o TOG by EPA Preparation Method 3550 and EPA Method 418.1. <br /> 10 <br /> APP/1001 GeoSystems <br />
