The frontage improvements for Parcel #1 and #2 shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half_ of an 84-foot right-of.-way rural street . The <br /> construction of the improvements will be deferred , upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the parcel <br /> map . (A $250 . 00 fee is required for processing per <br /> Ord . No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and an engineer ' s estimate with a drawing of the <br /> required frontage improvements on a form to be supplied <br /> by the Public Works Department . ) <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. Access easement for the Designated Remainder to Mormon <br /> Slough across Parcel #2 shall be granted on the Parcel <br /> Map. <br />
