S .A. #4 (Zone A) and the <br /> Lathrop Lighting District prior to acceptance of the <br /> Parcel Map to provide for the operation and maintenance <br /> of storm drainage and street lighting facilities . <br /> h . The frontage improvements for Harlan Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> halt of a 60-foot right-of-way city street prior to <br /> recording the Parcel Map for Parcel 1 , and prior to <br /> issuance of building permit or other grant of approval <br /> for development for Parcel 2 . <br /> i . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service <br /> fees for the provided utility services in an amount <br /> equal to the estimated fees for the period from the <br /> time the improvements are accepted until effective date <br /> of assessment on the tax roll . Deposit of fees shall <br /> be submitted at the time of acceptance of the <br /> facilities by the City . <br /> j . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin <br /> County standards. <br /> k . All utilities shall be underground except power <br /> transmission facilities of 35KV or greater. Public <br /> utility easements shall be provided along the road <br /> frontage of the subdivision and as required by the <br /> public utility company. <br /> 1 . Offer of Dedication of ground water rights is required <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> b. Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br />
