( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable . ( 3 ) Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements . " ( 4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. ( 5 ) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection . ( 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments . c . The construction site plan shall indicate the following: ( 1 ) Provide parking for the physically handicapped . Construct a berm or ditch along the south and east sides of Parcel 1 to prevent flooding from the irrigation of Parcel 2 . 6 . Air Pollution Control District : Dust control practices shall be implemented during the construction process , as specified by the District . 7 . Manteca-Lathrop Fire Protection District : * a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code standards. • b. The project shall conform with National Fire Protection Association standards , if applicable . * c .
