or <br /> If public sewers are not available, perform a suitability <br /> study for septic tank usage . In order for the County to <br /> determine the suitability of an area proposed for septic <br /> tank usage, the applicant shall provide information con- <br /> cerning all of the following: <br /> ( 1 ) The intensity and extent of the existing and the pro- <br /> posed development on septic tanks within and around <br /> the area . <br /> ( 2 ) The suitability of the soil for utilizing septic <br /> systems . <br /> ( 3) The depth and gradient of the water table . <br /> ( 4) The history of past uses in the project area in order <br /> to assess potential problems . <br /> ( 5 ) Other information as required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division to determine the cumulative effect of <br /> the existing and the proposed development on ground- <br /> water contamination. <br /> c . If the study is favorable for septic tank usage , a sewage <br /> disposal system designed by a registered engineer will be <br /> required. <br /> d . Refuse, garbage , and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and <br /> #1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government <br /> Code , and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division : <br /> • a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> ( 1 ) The proposed building shall be provided with an auto- <br /> matic fire sprinkler system. <br /> ( 2 ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C .A. C . , Title 24) . <br /> * b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U. B . C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d) . <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (UP-90-10) <br />
