or If public sewers are not available, perform a suitability study for septic tank usage . In order for the County to determine the suitability of an area proposed for septic tank usage, the applicant shall provide information con- cerning all of the following: ( 1 ) The intensity and extent of the existing and the pro- posed development on septic tanks within and around the area . ( 2 ) The suitability of the soil for utilizing septic systems . ( 3) The depth and gradient of the water table . ( 4) The history of past uses in the project area in order to assess potential problems . ( 5 ) Other information as required by the Environmental Health Division to determine the cumulative effect of the existing and the proposed development on ground- water contamination. c . If the study is favorable for septic tank usage , a sewage disposal system designed by a registered engineer will be required. d . Refuse, garbage , and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government Code , and Title 14 , CCR. 4 . Building Inspection Division : • a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: ( 1 ) The proposed building shall be provided with an auto- matic fire sprinkler system. ( 2 ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C .A. C . , Title 24) . * b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of any excavation or filling of earth material . ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U. B . C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d) . Conditions of Approval - 4 - (UP-90-10)
