The Report describes the <br /> collection of 16 soil and three grab groundwater samples to evaluate the effectiveness of the soil <br /> aeration project to treat excavated soil from the area of the oil-water separator. <br /> Board staff concurs with the recommendation to terminate the soil aeration project based on the <br /> low levels of total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel remaining in the soil with no other <br /> constituents detected.
