This letter <br /> confirms our telephone conversation on 19 April 1995. As stated in that conversation, please <br /> inform us at least three working days in advance of scheduled field activities so that we may be <br /> present if desired. When the work is completed, please submit as-built records of replacement <br /> wells and a summary/discussion of any problems encountered during the decommissioning and <br /> replacement work. Hydrocarbon analyses performed on the cuttings shall be, as we discussed, <br /> consistent with methods presently used during routine monitoring work at (his facility and in <br /> conformance with the Tri-Regional Board Stuff Recommendations for Prehrninary Investigation <br /> and Evahunion of Underground Tank Sites((he "Tri-Regional Guidelirres").
