Thun and Lofholm of the items required in our 18 November 1993 letter. <br /> These are an evaluation of remediation alternatives and a time schedule for fast track tasks <br /> specified on Page 4 of the IRAP to be submitted to the Board by 15 December 1993 and a <br /> progress report every six weeks beginning 30 December 1993. <br /> Mr. Roy Thun said he will summarize the agreements in a letter which will also serve as <br /> response to our 18 November 1993 letter. The schedule for the fast track tasks also will be <br /> included in the Mr. Thun's response and a progress report will be submitted every month <br /> beginning 30 December 1993. <br /> Based on the above discussion, a conversation with Mr. Steve Lofholm on 29 November 1993, and <br /> our 18 November 1993 letter which directed the STTC to implement the free product recovery <br /> measures and enhanced biodegradation as son as possible, work on the IRAP shall be started on 30 <br /> December 1993 at the latest. <br />
