Box 2570
Los Angeles, CA 90051-0570
POLLUTION ASSESSMENT REPORT, PORT OF STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY,
On behalf of the Stockton Terminals Technical Committee (TC) , EMCON Associates submitted a
letter dated 16 December 1992 which requests extension of the pollution assessment report
submission deadline from 23 November 1992 to 10 February 1993 due to revisions to the
report by the TC.
A review of our file indicates that we had initially set a report due date of 1 November
1992. This date was advanced to 1 October 1992 because EMCON felt confident it could
submit the report by that date. On 15 October 1992, EMCON informed us that because of the
copious amounts of data collected the report could not be submitted unitl 23 November
1992. On 21 October 1992, EMCON requested extension of the deadline to 23 December 1992
on your behalf. This last request was to allow the TC ample time to review the draft
report. These requests for extensions were verbally approved by staff. In spite of
numerous delays in submitting the pollution assessment report, we are granting your
request for report submission on 10 February 1993. However, no further extensions will be
approved and failure to submit the report by this date may result in an enforcement
action.
If you have any questions, please call Philip Isorena at (916) 255-3049.
'VJWJI
WENDY L.
