Draft C&A Tasks and Schedules <br /> -2- <br /> Action Completion Date <br /> e. A detailed rationale to support the con- <br /> clusion of the pollution definition work. <br /> 5. Prepare and submit for Board approval a draft <br /> Remedial Action Plan as defined in the Health 1 year <br /> and Safety Code Division 20, Section 25356 <br /> with an implementation time schedule to con- <br /> trol and/or cleanup polluted ground water <br /> within the plume(s) defined in the Pollution <br /> Assessment Report. The Plan must consider <br /> alternative actions, recommend one or a com- <br /> bination of alternative actions, and justify <br /> the recommendation. <br /> 6. Prepare and submit quarterly progress re- 2 months and every <br /> ports to the Board detailing activities dur- three months thereafter <br /> ing the reporting period and future work <br /> planned. Each report shall include: <br /> a. Status of pollution definition investiga- <br /> tion, including most recent sampling re- <br /> sults available. <br /> b. Status on obtaining rights-of-entry neces- <br /> sary for off-Port monitoring well instal- <br /> lation. <br /> c. Status of any other actions proposed or <br /> underway that may impact any phase of the <br /> investigation. <br />
