Implement the work plans detailed in items upon approval upon approval 1 and 2, above. 4. Prepare and submit for Board approval a Pol- 9 months lution Assessment Report which completely de- (1 February 1990) scribes the horizontal and vertical extent of ground water pollution on and off-site. The Report shall include: a. Maps showing all monitoring well locations and estimated pollution contours; b. Descriptions of all work performed, in- cluding, but not limited to, all monitor- ing well logs, drilling and construction details, and well development procedures; c. All analytical results of samples collect- ed from each well including results of duplicates, spikes, internal standards, and surrogates. Purging and sampling procedures also must be submitted. Detec- tion limits and methodology shall be ac- cording to EPA methods. d. Any and all other pertinent data collected during the investigation or used to draw conclusions regarding the extent of pollu- tion; and
