This report must v � - <br /> include disposal options for the treated MAR 3 1992 <br /> ground water and tentative design for the <br /> extraction and treatment system. Prepare and submit a plan for Board approval 3 months <br /> to completely define the horizontal and ver- (1 August 1989) <br /> tical extent of ground water pollution on and <br /> off-site. Definition of the ground water <br /> pollution plume(s) shall consist of deli- <br /> neating the contamination to the extent ne- <br /> cessary to accomplish cleanup objectives for <br /> hydrocarbon constituents. <br /> 3. Implement the work plans detailed in items upon approval <br /> upon approval 1 and 2, above. <br /> 4. Prepare and submit for Board approval a Pol- 9 months <br /> lution Assessment Report which completely de- (1 February 1990) <br /> scribes the horizontal and vertical extent of <br /> ground water pollution on and off-site. The <br /> Report shall include: <br /> a. Maps showing all monitoring well locations <br /> and estimated pollution contours; <br /> b. Descriptions of all work performed, in- <br /> cluding, but not limited to, all monitor- <br /> ing well logs, drilling and construction <br /> details, and well development procedures; <br /> c. All analytical results of samples collect- <br /> ed from each well including results of <br /> duplicates, spikes, internal standards, <br /> and surrogates. Purging and sampling <br /> procedures also must be submitted. Detec- <br /> tion limits and methodology shall be ac- <br /> cording to EPA methods. <br /> d. Any and all other pertinent data collected <br /> during the investigation or used to draw <br /> conclusions regarding the extent of pollu- <br /> tion; and <br />
