CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER _6_ <br /> PORT OF STOCKTON FUEL TERMINALS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Action Completion Date <br /> d. Any and all other pertinent data collected <br /> during the investigation or used to <br /> draw conclusions regarding the extent <br /> of pollution; and <br /> e. A detailed rationale to support the <br /> conclusion of the pollution definition <br /> work. <br /> 5. Prepare and submit for Board approval a draft 1 year <br /> Remedial Action Plan as defined in the Health <br /> and Safety Code Division 20, Section 25356 <br /> with an implementation time schedule to <br /> control and/or cleanup polluted ground water <br /> within the plume(s) defined in the Pollution <br /> Assessment Report. The Plan must consider <br /> alternative actions, recommend one or a <br /> combination of alternative actions, and <br /> justify the recommendation. <br /> 6. Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports 2 months and every <br /> to the Board detailing activities during the 3 months thereafter <br /> reporting period and future work planned. <br /> Each report should include: <br /> a. Status of pollution definition investigation, <br /> including most recent sampling results <br /> available. <br /> b. Status on obtaining rights-of-entry necessary <br /> for off-Port monitoring well installation. <br /> c.
