INTRODUCTION <br /> ' Pelagos Corporation performed acoustic emmissions (AE) testing of <br /> pipelines for Southern Pacific Pipe Lines , Inc. of Los Angeles. The <br /> testing was completed on 27 Fabruary 1988 along Navy Drive frontage to Time <br /> ' Oil Company and Tesoro Refining, Marketing and Supply Company proporties in <br /> Stockton, California. Additional monitoring was performed on pipelines <br /> ' located on the Tesoro Refining proporty during a hydrostatic test of their <br /> rack lines. <br /> This report presents the acoustic emission testing and monitoring <br /> ' results for segments of the six pipelines and details all procedures and <br /> conditions during the time of testing. <br /> 1 <br />
