A summary of site-specific information is listed in Section <br /> 1.0. A detailed description of health and safety requirements is <br /> contained in Sections 3.0 to 13.0. This Plan is intended to supplement <br /> current SFPP health and safety regulations. These regulations are <br /> incorporated into and made a part of this Plan by reference. If a conflict <br /> exists between this document and SFPP regulations, the SFPP <br /> regulations shall prevail. <br /> Page 2 <br />
