Soil cuttings and water produced during field activities will <br /> be temporarily stored on-site Soil cuttings will be stockpiled on plastic and covered with plastic or <br /> stored in drums on-site Following review of laboratory analytical results, the soil and water will be <br /> transported to a Chevron approved facility for disposal/recycling <br /> Reporting• After completion of destruction activities, Cambria will prepare a report that, at a <br /> minimum, will contain <br /> • Descriptions of the destruction methods, <br /> • DWR well completion reports, and <br /> • A formal request for No Further Action status <br /> . SCHEDULE <br /> Cambria will perform this well destruction after receiving written approval of this workplan and <br /> permits from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division Well destructions are <br /> tentatively scheduled for June 7, 2005 Cambria will submit a report approximately two weeks <br /> after completion of field work <br /> 2 <br />
