Railroad tracks and an irrigation canal border the site to the east. Further <br /> east is undeveloped land and a biorecycling facility. South of the subject property are some small <br /> residences and agricultural fields. McKinley Avenue is the western property boundary. Across this <br /> street is an agricultural field. <br /> 4.4 SURROUNDING PROPERTIES OF POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN <br /> Although industrial activities were observed on the adjacent property to the north, no <br /> evidence of runon from this facility were observed.
